These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms & Conditions”, "TnC") govern your use of our web pages located at https://superfam.app , and our app “SuperFam” on iOS AppStore and Google Android PlayStore - operated by Rosharan Technologies Private Limited.
By accessing and using the SuperFam Android or iOS apps, or the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are requested to refrain from using or accessing the SuperFam app/s

(a) You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this website complies with all applicable laws and regulations (b) You agree not to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized activities when using the website
3. Intellectual Property
(a) The content on this website, including text, images, videos, and logos, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without our explicit permission. (b) You may screenshot, download or print a copy of the website's content for personal, non-commercial use only
4. User Accounts
(a) To access and use the SuperFam app, you are required to create a user account authenticated with an OTP (one-time password) sent via SMS/WhatsApp to your phone number.
(b) Your family members can send connection requests to you - identifying you uniquely via your phone number.
(c) You can also send connection requests to other SuperFam users authenticated via their phone numbers OR to phone numbers yet to register on the SuperFam app.
(d) You can also create or join groups of family members - with each user authenticated via their phone numbers. You may be able to join groups where some members are not your direct connections on the SuperFam app.
(e) SuperFam is designed to be used between immediate family members and close ones. Please refrain from sending connection requests to unknown numbers. Persistent sending of connection requests that are denied or reported by the recipient may lead to the suspension or termination of your SuperFam account
(f) We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions.
5. Communications
By creating an Account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link - included in all such communications. Alternatively - you can email us at support@superfam.app and request to be removed from any email/SMS/WhatsApp communications

7. Data Policy
We do not store any files, chats, images, or other information that you choose to upload on your SuperFam account. All such data is only stored on your device, as well as the devices of the family members who you have shared such data with.
All files and communication (including chats) between you and your connected family members & groups on the SuperFam app are end-to-end encrypted.
We do store specific data points including your phone number, email address, device ID, and other identifiers that help the app stay functional for your account. These are all encrypted with {}.
Assets stored on your nominee vault are also stored on our servers in an encrypted format - only accessible from the authenticated devices and SuperFam accounts of the family members you have designated to have access to your vault’s contents.

(a) We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on this website, but we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided. You use the information on this website at your own risk.
