How to delete your account
1. Do you need Support?
Contact us via email on support@superfam.app . We usually respond in 24-48 hrs. If you prefer a phone conversation, please include your phone number and preferred times for a callback from our customer support team.
2. Would you like to provide feedback?
You can provide feedback on the app's home screen (scroll down till you find the card for "Feedback"

3. What happens if you choose Permanent Account Deletion?
If you choose to have your account deleted, SuperFam provides an option to do this. Please note the following results of this action.
Permanent Account Deletion is a permanent and irreversible action.
Once you permanently delete your account - you will never be able to use the same phone number to register or login on to the SuperFam iOS and Android apps.
All your files and data are stored only on your device and will be deleted if the app is uninstalled. Permanent deletion will also mean that you cannot restore your account from any personal backup service we offer via SuperFam (iCloud, Google Drive)
We will remove any reference to your communication channels (phone, email) from our servers
All data and files shared with your family members will continue to remain on their devices and accounts - since these get stored on their devices at the time of sharing the data and files with them.
4. How to request for Permanent Account Deletion for your SuperFam account?
Incase you already have a registered SuperFam account that you would like to permanently delete, you can follow the instructions below:
Please send an email to support@superfam.app with the subject line "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" (all in caps)
Please include your registered phone number against which your account was created.
We will then reach out over a call on the registered phone number and send an OTP (via SMS/WhatsApp or Phone Call to confirm this action within 14 days.
Once the request is validated via a code sent over SMS/WhatsApp or Phone Call to the registered phone number - we will delete the account within 72 hours and provide a confirmation via Email/SMS/WhatsApp
