We use end-to-end encryption for all communications and files you upload and share with your family connections and groups on the SuperFam app. These include all chats, reminders, tasks, To-Do’s, Notes, Files, Documents & Attachments. At no point is SuperFam or its administrators able to read or access such information. We merely facilitate the transmission of encrypted data between phone number authenticated accounts & devices actively using the SuperFam app.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing behavior and preferences.

App Cache and Storage: You can choose to delete/clear your app cache. Deleting/clearing your storage or Uninstalling the app will cause deletion of all end-to-end encrypted data (including files and chats) from your account. In case you want to change devices - please contact us.
Location Information: You can disable location services on your device.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. All your data is secured through Amazon Web Services (AWS).
